Alongside breathwork, I also offer individual, one-to-one trauma-informed coaching for those who desire more personal support, integration, and guidance.

In my work, trauma is not defined only by big, dramatic events.
Trauma can also include experiences such as:

  • chronic stress or burnout

  • emotional overwhelm

  • feeling unsafe to fully express yourself

  • relationship or attachment wounds

  • growing up without consistent emotional safety

  • long periods of pressure, responsibility, or self-abandonment

These experiences can shape the nervous system and influence how we relate to ourselves, others, and life — often without us consciously realising it.

Individual sessions provide a confidential, supportive space to:

  • regulate and calm the nervous system

  • build a sense of inner safety and trust

  • gently explore patterns held in the body

  • integrate insights from breathwork

  • reconnect with your own boundaries, needs, and inner resources

 

This is not about diagnosing or reliving the past.
It is about creating a grounded, present-moment relationship with yourself — where change can happen naturally, safely, and at your own pace.
